Program Purpose
Our program exists to help men find freedom from addiction through structured recovery work and a faith-centered approach to personal transformation. Our goal is to create a safe, supportive, Christ-centered environment where each individual can rebuild their life with dignity, accountability, and spiritual growth.
Code of Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all residents, staff, and volunteers, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Sexual harassment in any form, including unwelcome advances, inappropriate comments, or any other behavior of a sexual nature.
- Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, age, disability, marital status, religion, or background.
- Gender abuse or any form of gender-based disrespect, harassment, or intimidation.
- Verbal, emotional, or physical abuse of any kind.
- Threats, intimidation, or violence toward others.
Violations of these standards will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including removal from the program.
All residents are expected to:
- Treat each person with respect, dignity, and kindness.
- Maintain appropriate personal boundaries at all times.
- Follow the example of Christ’s love, humility, and grace in all interactions.
Living Standards
- Cleanliness and Responsibility: Residents are expected to keep their living areas clean and participate in daily chores to maintain the shared living space.
- Curfew and Structure: Residents must adhere to program schedules, curfews, and meeting times.
- No Smoking Policy: Smoking, vaping, and the use of tobacco products are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Personal Relationships: Romantic or sexual relationships between residents are not permitted during the program to maintain focus on recovery.
Program Participation
- Attendance at all classes, groups, devotionals, and recovery meetings is mandatory.
- Residents are required to participate fully in our faith-based curriculum, which includes a 12-step model integrated with Christian teaching and additional personal development courses.
- Commitment to spiritual growth through prayer, Bible study, and personal reflection is encouraged and supported.
Admission Requirements
- Must be fully detoxed or actively undergoing detoxification before admission.
- Must demonstrate a sincere willingness to pursue recovery and abide by program guidelines.
- Must commit to living in a substance-free, Christ-centered community.
Grievance Procedure
We are committed to fairness and open communication.
If a resident has a concern or complaint:
- They should first speak privately with the Residence Manager.
- If unresolved, they may request a meeting with the Program Director.
- All grievances will be taken seriously and handled confidentially whenever possible.
